Hybrid ministry has a two-pronged focus: 1st, It is committed to providing the most engaging in-person services and ministries possible. There is careful thought and strategy in the “end results” being sought from our in-person gatherings. Simultaneously, the 2nd focus of Hybrid ministry is to provide the most engaging and strategic online ministry experience. This is much more than “live-streaming” your service, having a website, and creating some form of social media presence. The online ministry aspect of Hybrid ministry recognizes the incredible opportunities that are available. Small groups, membership classes, prayer gatherings, and discipleship can be taken to another level of engagement when effective Hybrid Church efforts are provided.
