The inability to communicate effectively completely cripples our effectiveness. Poor communication leads to chaos and selfishness. It also allows opportunities for agendas and division within the church. People will always choose to do things in a way that seems best to them or what benefits them the most. In the church, great communication is about leading people through their next steps with Jesus, from the beginning stages of faith through the rest of their journey alongside your church.
Remember: If there’s not clarity then there’s confusion.
